Ladies, we all strive to find the perfect moisturizer. But now the trial and error is over, let me tell you how I came across my new, favorite, must have face lotion.

Clinique is a well-known brand and their Moisture Surge line is popular. The line has several different products all claiming the same thing, skin hydration. What you need to try though, is their Clinique Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator.
Here is the story behind my discovery
I was standing in line in a department store at the Clinique counter when two middle aged women, who clearly cared about their looks, come up behind me. The first one asks for the product, and unfortunately for her they are out of it. She is annoyed and says she came here just for that one product and continued to ramble about how she does not use anything else from the brand. The next lady pipes up and says she was here for the same face lotion. She then went on about how she swears by it and needs it now. The two women, frustrated, storm off. I thought to myself, this must be something good if both those women came for that one product and threw a fit that it was not in stock. I set out to get myself a trial size and let me say... I am SO glad I did!
This lotion has no scent and is sensitive on skin. Products can sometimes irritate my eyes and skin so, huge plus. It also went on extremely smooth, like I was in shock. On top of that, my skin was not shiny. All face lotions in the past have made my skin shiny but this one did not! It felt so nice on, then it felt like nothing was on and I was just left with soft skin. I tried it before bed and when I woke up, my face was still not shiny but it felt nice. For lack of a better word, it felt moisturized without looking weird. Actually it looked great. I rinsed my face with water and could then feel the remnants of the lotion I put on the night before, but then I patted my face dry and still was pleased with how it was looking and feeling. I did not need to put more lotion on, the product that claims 72 hours worth of hydration is actually living up to that.
